Damn Right!

Janet Lowe's book - an attempt to write a biography of Charlie Munger - provides a terrific insight into Warren Buffett's life long business partner.
I always find it important to understand what highly successful people have done in the past and see if I can incorporate their thoughts into my life, all in the hope of creating some of level of personal success for myself. Damn Right! is filled with all the wit and wisdom I have come to expect from Charlie Munger. I have dog-eared and highlighted no less than twenty pages in this 276 page book.
I recommend this book if you are interested in gaining insight into Charlie Munger's life, opinion, and thought processes that rule his thinking.

Seeking Wisdom

Charlie Munger has always proclaimed the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to thinking. Peter Bevlin gets to the root of the many lines of thinking necessary to being well rounded. On a whole, Seeking Wisdom, is indeed filled with countless points of wisdom and important viewpoints into the thinking of humans.

While this book is not going to be for everyone, it is certainly one of the top five books I have ever read. I have no doubt that after grasping many of the concepts set forth in Seeking Wisdom my thinking and approach to analysis have evolved.

The Education of a Value Investor

This was an excellent book. Guy provides the reader an in depth look into his psyche and development. He succinctly and transparently explains the steps he took to become a better investor. My recommendation for anyone interested in the field of investing to read this book.
